Mussels Recipe
A simple and quick mussels recipe is a mussel potato-beet salad.
Mussels Recipe:
- Wash and boil some potatoes and beets.
- Remove from pot when tender
- Chop up the potatoes and beets on a plate
- Lightly salt the potatoes
- Open a can of mussels
- Drizzle the mussels and oil over the potatoes and beets.
- Eat and enjoy!
Mussels are very nutritious and a great source of vitamin B-12!
