Brain Fog Diet
- Eat berries daily to make your brain spark.
- Eat sardines or wild pacific salmon daily.
- Eat rainbow trout weekly to nourish your brain.
- Add half a teaspoon of turmeric and a dash of black pepper to your hot breakfast meal to jump start your brain in the morning.
David Servan-Schreiber, in his book titled Anti-Cancer, says that turmeric isn’t absorbed in our bodies unless we cook it in a bit of olive oil (organic and virgin, ideally) and add a dash of black pepper.
Sugar is not part of a brain fog diet. Sugar in moderation means up to 6 teaspoons of sugar daily. A sesame bar may be good if you are physically active and you need a boost to your weight lifting workout or in the last 30 minutes of a long walk home.

Have fun, travel, visit new places, spend time with friendly people and take courses to keep your brain in gear. Sit in a comfortable chair and meditate for at least 12 minutes each day.
